SAPVIA Strategy Workshop: 09 July 2012
SAPVIA hosted a workshop where all members were invited to participate in formulating ideas and issues to make up SAPVIA’s 2012/13 strategy. The workshop was held in the Pepper Club Hotel Conference Centre, in Cape Town, on the 12thof July 2012 between 10am and 5pm. A total of 20 members participated. An independent facilitator was employed to manage the event and the structure and order of proceedings was arranged between the facilitator and the management committee. The document lays out the results of the workshop and attempts to capture the ideas and issues into a strategy plan for the upcoming year.
