We are excited to welcome you to the upcoming SAPVIA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Awards Ceremony, both of which will take place at the Melrose Arch, 17 The High Street, on Thursday, 3rd July 2025.
Please find the detailed order of events below:
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Registration: Opens at 14:30
- Meeting Start Time: 15:00
- Online Participation: Members joining online are encouraged to log in by 14:45 to ensure a smooth start.
- Conclusion: The AGM will conclude at 17:00

Awards Ceremony
- Registration: Opens at 17:00
- Programme Start Time: 18:30
Both events will be held at the same venue, and we encourage you to ensure you are registered for both the AGM and the Awards Ceremony.
