GreenCape, Mazars and Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr recently partnered together for a networking event on Tax and Commercial Matters Pertaining to the Renewable Energy Sector. Mike Mulcahy, GreenCape, gave an update on the progress of the Atlantis SEZ; Tessa Brewis, Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, presented on the secondary market for REIPPP renewable energy projects in South Africa; and Mike Teuchert, Mazars, discussed tax issues pertaining to the sector.
