Base load programmes coming soon: Energy Department

There is a plan to introduce base-load programmes for the integrated resources plan (IRP) 2010 coal and gas projects within the next few weeks‚ the Department of Energy said on Thursday. It said these programmes would take into account the respective lead times for these projects of around 2018.
