SAPVIA invites all interested stakeholders to join our Residential PV Working Group (RPV WG)—a collaborative platform focused on improving residential solar PV installation quality, regulatory compliance, and policy advocacy.
The RPV WG is currently addressing critical issues including:
- Tariff structure discrepancies (e.g., City of Johannesburg and East London)
- Installer quality and compliance standards
- Public education on Certificates of Compliance (CoCs)
- Development of a white paper on solar supplementary CoCs
We believe your expertise and engagement will add significant value to these ongoing efforts.
