Ideal Bidder: A large, established Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor with extensive experience in utility-scale or large commercial solar PV projects, including design, installation, commissioning, and operations & maintenance. The bidder must demonstrate strong financial capacity, relevant professional registrations (e.g., ECSA for engineers), and a high BBBEE level. Prior experience in airport environments or other critical infrastructure is highly advantageous.
