Eskom plans to issue a request for proposals soon, derailing a court case over legalities
The state has cleared the way for the nuclear procurement programme to proceed, and Eskom would issue a call to market for proposals this week.
The surprise revelation was made by Eskom and Energy Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson in the Western Cape High Court on Tuesday. Read more here….
