You’re invited to celebrate – and recruit – the next wave of solar talent! ☀️
The solar installer trainees from GREEN Solar Academy’s Solar Youth Project are ready to take the next steps: their 10-month internships (stipends already secured).
Join them this Friday for their Graduation Ceremony, where celebration meets opportunity:
🔹 Speed-dating interviews to meet more candidates, faster
🔹 Focused time with trainees to assess skills and fit
🔹 A chance to secure top interns before placements fill up
Companies are also encouraged to attend the morning employer–trainee engagement sessions from 10am, where the matching and hiring truly happens.
These young people have put in the work. They’re ready. Now we need industry partners to open the door: come meet the talent shaping South Africa’s solar future and help launch their careers.
