POSITION: FOREMAN SOLAR PV PLANTS: (WESTERN CAPE, CAPE TOWN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the installation of medium sized Solar PV systems – permanently based on site (Greater Cape Town region and Northern/Eastern/Western Cape when required)

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, OTHER
- Registered with Department of Labour as Installation Electrician
- Minimum of 5 years managing of construction sites
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as qualified installation electrician
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong planning and progress reporting skills
- Good people skills and ability to manage installation teams of up to 20 staff
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook) and able to commission electronic
devices, such as Solar PV inverters
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years in Solar PV installations
- PV Green Card registered or completed PV courses
