Electricity Transmission Infrastructure Regulations

The Department of Energy and Electricity has published the draft Electricity Transmission Infrastructure Regulations.
These regulations have been gazetted by the Minister in accordance with Section 35(4) of the Electricity Regulation Act.
In view of this development, members are encouraged to utilise the attached overview and framework to consolidate and submit their comments on the draft regulations by no later than 12:00 PM on 02 May.
The draft regulations are also attached for ease of reference.
