The future is looking bright for the trainees of Project YDE Lumen30!
Thirty young South Africans are receiving intensive solar energy training through the YDE Lumen30 initiative, supported by ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ and Actis ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ.
Managed by Devrani Consult and delivered by Unnati Training Academy NPC, the three-month program is hosted at the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐จ office in Alexandra.
The programme equips participants with the skills to install, operate, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) systems โ a key step toward building a skilled, green workforce to power South Africaโs energy transition.
