Thirty young South Africans are receiving intensive solar energy training through the YDE Lumen30 initiative, supported by πππ₯π₯π¨π° ππ¨π¨π« ππ§ππ«π π² and Actis ππππ¬.
Managed by Devrani Consult and delivered by Unnati Training Academy NPC, the three-month program is hosted at the ππππππ«π’ππ ππ«π¨ ππ¨π§π¨ office in Alexandra.
The programme equips participants with the skills to install, operate, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) systems β a key step toward building a skilled, green workforce to power South Africaβs energy transition.
