SAPVIA, in collaboration with SAWEA and supported by the South African German Energy Partnership project, is conducting a Gender Diversity Study in the Wind and Solar energy sectors in South Africa. This study aims to assess current gender representation, project future diversity trends, and develop recommendations to enhance gender inclusivity in our industry.
