Indalo Inclusive together with Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is leading a research project to spotlight and strengthen the role of women-led clean energy enterprises in driving a gender-just energy transition.
- By completing this survey, you’ll be contributing towards efforts to:
Establish a baseline of the challenges, gaps, opportunities, and lived experiences of women entrepreneurs in the clean energy sector. - Identify barriers that may be limiting women’s full participation, particularly in South Africa’s solar energy.
- Investigate how Entrepreneur Support Organisations (ESOs) can redesign and improve their programmes to better serve women entrepreneurs.
- Support a gender-just transition that places inclusivity, equity, and sustainability at the centre of South Africa’s clean energy shift.
Your insights will help shape future support models, and enterprise development initiatives that uplift women entrepreneurs in clean energy — making sure that no one is left behind in the just transition.
