SAPVIA Solar PV Industry Jobs Report 2021
SAPVIA via the expertise of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), has commissioned a Solar PV industry jobs report. The project aims to develop a deeper understanding of jobs created in the South African Solar PV market. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to conduct a comprehensive audit of the number and type of employment opportunities, created by solar PV deployment in South Africa. These job numbers were then utilized to determine the future job creation potential of the sector for a number of different deployment scenarios.
