Support the customer / partner network, maintain customer satisfaction, establish and maintain a smooth order processing and administration.
The goal is to provide high class customer service and to help increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Tasks
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously.
- Process inquiries and orders (coming in via telephone, email and fax)
- Ensure quality of data entered into the Enterprise Resource Planning System
- Follow up on leads, quotes, outstanding orders, etc.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales executive for further development and closure
- Support the Managing Director in all aspects of his daily business and in obtaining his targets.
- Record keeping (inbound/outbound calls, customer feedback, inquiries etc.)
- Communicate with sister companies in UK and Germany to ensure quality of processes and deliveries (purchasing, logistics, marketing etc.)
- Support marketing actions
